WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, within 3 business days you will receive a tracking number in your email. If you have not received one, please do contact us.

WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

We process all orders in USD currency. 

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 24hrs of placing the order. After we will process and ship your item. 

If you placed a made to order item or a "personalized" item you have up to 24 hours to make any changes or cancel your order. After which your item will be processed and will no longer be eligible for a refund. 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we do! We ship all around the globe!

I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

Not happy with your purchase?

No problem, return your order within 30 days as long as it is unused or broken and in its original packaging. You can read our Refund Policy at the bottom of this page.

IF YOUR ITEM IS A PERSONLIZED ITEM OR MADE TO ORDER THIS REFUND POLICY DOES NOT APPLY.
