Return & Refund Policy

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Important: This policy does not apply to our Made to Order products.

Made to Order Products

  • You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.

  • After 48 hours, orders cannot be canceled and will only be eligible for returns if they arrive damaged or defective within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at support@hudsonandmark.com.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Tracking must be provided for all returns. Returns without tracking will be voided and not processed.

  • If multiple items were purchased in the same order, please clearly specify which items you are returning.

  • Please do not send items back without prior approval—they will not be accepted.

Shipping Protection

  • Customers who purchase shipping protection are eligible for one replacement or refund per order if the package is lost or damaged.

  • Shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

  • The protection applies only once per customer per order.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping fees.

  • Shipping costs and shipping protection fees from your original purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.

  • Immediately contact us if items are damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty and hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards and sale items

Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exchanging items.

  • Original shipping fees will be refunded once the exchange is processed.

  • Customers will also receive free shipping on their next order to compensate.

EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have 14 days from receipt to cancel or return items without justification. Items must remain unused, unworn, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time by your bank or credit card company.
